An ATELIER is a room where artists create their work.

Studio B is bright, airy, and features high ceilings and large workspaces with a comfortable lobby/reception area adjacent to the studio. A studio kitchen is also available for use. Studio B is perfect for readings, small performances, dance, acting, yoga classes, workshops, seminars, casting, filming, photography sessions, or rehearsals of any kind. It is an ideal set-up for a theater company that wants to “move in,” leaving props and sets on-site while rehearsing. The location and structural dynamics of the studio also creates a noise absorbent environment - perfect for bands that need space to rehearse!

A large, welcoming Lobby greets visitors when they enter Studio B. A perfect reception or break area, the lobby features comfortable seating and a studio kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and water dispenser.

The studio has over 950 square feet of open workspace. Amenities include mirrors (full wall), union-approved sprung dance floor, piano, tables, chairs, AC/heat, and wireless internet access for your production needs. We can also cover the wall of mirrors as needed.

Studio B rental facilities are conveniently located at the corner of Cahuenga and Victory Boulevards in North Hollywood. Dedicated production parking is included with rental with ample street parking also available. Parking entrance is off Cahuenga Blvd. at the southwest corner of Victory and Cahuenga in North Hollywood.
